Integration with WABA suppliers
Integration with WhatsApp requires connecting to official WABA providers (WhatsApp Business API) from a WhatsApp Business account. If you don’t have any WABA services subscribed, request our Civi-Go WABA connection:
- We manage all the infrastructure and requirements for using WhatsApp Business through the official API.
- ABA Managed Service (registration, number verification, template validation by META, and maintenance).
- Support, configuration, and ongoing assistance, with a special focus on non-profit organizations.
Simple interface with many features
The Civi-Go WhatsApp Service supports all types of META templates (Utility, Authentication, and Marketing). Maximize the flexibility of the available templates:
- Send individual or batch messages, immediately or on a scheduled basis.
- Buttons with features: Choose from multiple options. Call-to-action to direct to an external URL. Boolean decision (Yes/No).
